Refund policy

Tally is a digital product. You receive it instantly after checkout, by email and on the order confirmation page.

30-day refund. If within 30 days of your purchase the calculator hasn't made your wedding number clearer than it was, email info@tallywedding.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. You can keep the files.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, they usually show up within 5–10 business days.

Because the product is digital, there is nothing to send back. If you have any problem downloading or opening the files, write to info@tallywedding.com and we will help you.
